*2023 UPDATE* Microsoft Windows Sever 2012 and End of Life Updates
Microsoft has announced it is ending support for Windows Server 2012 on October 10th, 2023. This includes editions: Datacenter, Essentials, External Connector, for Embedded Systems, Foundation, and Standard. While users will still be able to use their devices normally, Microsoft will not push security updates not any feature updates to the operating system. Without these updates, devices can become vulnerable to malware, viruses, trojans, and more.
What does this mean for users?
It is important to confirm current applications are up-to-date and are compatible with newer versions of Windows Server update.
